They are seeking a Level 3 IT Support Technician who can handle escalated help desk tickets and provide onsite support to clients, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve Level 2 and higher help desk tickets (remote and onsite)

Travel to client sites for troubleshooting, installations, and project work

Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving Windows servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and business applications

Configure, install, and maintain hardware (Servers, PCs, laptops, network devices)

Deploy and manage Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Intune, and security policies

Assist with network upgrades, firewall configurations, and backup/disaster recovery solutions

Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, work performed, and client configurations

Provide friendly, clear communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed
