The Producer will coordinate externally developed game titles from production through launch and post-release support, acting as the primary publishing interface between external development partners and NEOWIZ’s internal teams.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with assigned external development studios, acting as their primary publishing point of contact and ensuring clarity around expectations, priorities, and delivery commitments
Define, track, and communicate production milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines, maintaining transparency and predictability for all stakeholders
Coordinate build review cycles, assess game quality, feature completeness, and production risk, and provide structured, actionable feedback aligned with NEOWIZ’s publishing and player-experience standards
Proactively identify risks related to scope, schedule, quality, or dependencies, and work collaboratively with development partners and internal stakeholders to define mitigation strategies
Support sprint planning, backlog management, and milestone reviews where appropriate, adapting to each partner’s development methodology and maturity
Work closely with internal QA, Brand, Marketing, PR, Community, Platform Relations, Analytics, and Release Management teams to support go-to-market planning, store submissions, content ratings processes, platform certification, and launch approvals
Assist with post-launch planning, including updates, patches, and live-operations coordination, ensuring continuity between development partners and publishing stakeholders
Qualification
Required
You bring a minimum of five years of experience in game production, project management, or publishing-focused roles, with exposure to PC and/or console development
You have a strong understanding of end-to-end game development and publishing workflows
You are comfortable assessing build quality, identifying production risks, and providing constructive, production-oriented feedback
You are an effective communicator with the ability to manage expectations and alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams
You are experienced with production and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent systems
You are comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Experience working directly with external development studios or co-development partners is strongly preferred
Familiarity with first-party platform certification processes for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam is advantageous
Exposure to game analytics, KPIs, and data-informed decision-making is a plus
Knowledge of Agile production practices or formal project management frameworks
