Responsibilities

Provide technical support and configuration using Oracle Health tools (e.g., DCPTools, CoreEventManager, Bedrock) to manage clinical solutions

Facilitate knowledge transfers related to Electronic Health Record systems

Manage and escalate tickets and change requests using ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with Oracle Health Model recommendations

Lead functional validation and end-user testing of EHR and third-party integrations

Collaborate with stakeholders and solution teams to monitor requirements, work products, and project progress

Design and develop new healthcare software products or improve existing systems for clinical environments

Perform feasibility analyses for potential future projects and ensure project delivery

Communicate effectively through written and oral channels to coordinate activities and document solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, computer science, electronics engineering, engineering, or a related technical field, or an additional 10 years of professional experience may be substituted for the degree

Ability to obtain a Dept. of Veterans Affairs Public Trust

At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or clinical software environments

Proven ability to independently design and develop software products or major system enhancements

Expertise in systems integration, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platform compatibility

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
