Responsibilities
Coordinate and track all product samples from development through approval
Manage sample requests, revisions, and timelines across internal and external teams
Review samples and production goods for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Enter, manage, and track purchase orders (POs)
Partner closely with the Sales team by attending meetings as needed, preparing reports, and proactively following up with buyers and internal teams
Maintain inventories by updating records with correct images
Support sales initiatives by helping prepare inventory reports and boards for sales meetings
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in merchandising, sample coordination, production, or sales support (fashion accessories preferred)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel
A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
