Responsibilities
Lead the user experience across our web and mobile platforms
Shape the UX strategy, guide research and testing, and turn complex real estate workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to design user journeys
Lead and develop a team, coaching them in craft, clarity, and influence
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or product design for web and mobile applications
Strong in user research, UX strategy, prototyping, wireframing, usability testing, and journey mapping
Led or mentored and love helping people grow in their craft and confidence
Fluent in Figma and understand how to guide both UX and UI decisions
Simplified complex workflows and built experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and human
Communicate clearly and confidently with product, engineering, content, and marketing partners
Care deeply about how digital experiences help real people, not just how they look, but how they work
Bring humility, clarity, and steady leadership that builds trust across teams
