Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a transactional real estate associate attorney to join their Real Property Practice Group. The ideal candidate will handle commercial real estate transactions and work collaboratively with team members while managing significant individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures, and land development projects

Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in lender-side real estate financing

Manage title, survey, and related real estate due diligence tasks

Work with paralegals and team members located in other offices

Assist client teams in more complex transactions

Required

Minimum of two years' experience with commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures and land development projects

Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in lender-side real estate financing

Strong title, survey and related real estate due diligence experience

Track record of responsibility for closing deals

Ability to work with paralegals and team members located in other offices

Prior law firm experience

Commitment to working in a law firm environment

Ability to handle matters independently

Desire to assist client teams in more complex transactions

Comfortable working in a team environment

Ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney
