Responsibilities

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert responsible for the complete sterilisation cycle – from decontamination and inspection to testing, assembling, packing, and sterilising reusable medical devices

Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure every surgical instrument and piece of theatre equipment is prepared to the highest standards, supporting safe, seamless procedures and world-class patient outcomes

You’ll confidently operate advanced sterilisation equipment, maintain strict compliance with AS/NZS 4187 and Southern Cross infection control protocols, and contribute to quality assurance, documentation, and continuous service improvement
