Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of various architectural projects
Managing multiple projects at a time
Working with expeditors and inspectors
Ensuring timely and efficient project execution
Maintaining excellent communication between clients, consultants, and team members
Play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with the studio's creative vision and uphold its dedication to revitalizing architectural spaces
Qualification
Required
Experience in Architectural Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing architectural projects
Solid background in agency processing and working with Expeditors to ensure projects meet AHJ requirements and deadlines
Proficiency in Inspection processes and working knowledge of building codes and standards
Strong skills in quality control, coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with Revit, Adobe and Word/Excel a must
Ability to jump into plans and continue development of plans to maintain schedule deliverables and generate detailing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred
Experience in adaptive reuse or a related field is a strong advantage
