They are seeking a Web Administrator to manage and enhance their website, ensuring it remains reliable and secure while supporting various campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Take over day-to-day administration of the Hilde B Foundation website
Maintain uptime, performance, and security
Manage hosting, domains, backups, and updates
Publish and update pages for campaigns, events, and advocacy initiatives
Support landing pages for volunteers, donors, and partners
Ensure consistency with brand voice and accessibility standards
Implement performance, SEO, and accessibility improvements
Integrate forms, analytics, and basic automation tools
Support future builds (secure portals, reporting tools, resource hubs)
Work with leadership, social media, and outreach teams
Coordinate clean handoff and documentation from Bharghava
Help shape our long-term digital roadmap
Qualification
Required
Experience managing websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
Comfort with domains, hosting, plugins, and basic troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Preferred
Basic HTML/CSS or light JavaScript
Experience with nonprofits, advocacy, or mission-driven orgs
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Interest in civic tech, social impact, or survivor-support platforms
