Ensure all conditions are met prior to funding
Schedule closings and confirm wires and disbursements
Handle post-closing docs (recorded DOT, title policy, trailing items)
Communicate clearly with borrowers—no surprises at the closing table
Qualification
Required
2+ years of loan closing experience
(private money, hard money, or DSCR strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of: Settlement statements
Strong understanding of: Closing disclosures
Strong understanding of: Title & escrow processes
Strong understanding of: Real estate loan documents
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable juggling multiple closings at once
Strong communicator who follows up without being asked
Preferred
Hard money or non-QM experience
Investor / fix-and-flip loan background
Multi-state closing experience
Familiarity with LOS/CRM systems (Mortgage Automator, Encompass, etc.)
