Governance & Reporting Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinate governance processes and provide high-quality secretariat support for the Graduate Research Committee (GRC), including agenda preparation, papers, minutes and action tracking
Provide secretariat and coordination support for the HDR Course Advisory Group and other committees or working groups as required
Assist with the administration of HDR scholarships, including conditions of award and coordination with the Research Grants team to support scholarship agreements
Qualification
Required
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage governance processes confidently
Ability to keep committees and scholarship establishment processes running smoothly
Strong written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid working rights at the time of submission
