Responsibilities

Refine and expand interactive dashboards
Develop proof-of-concept solutions
Gather stakeholder feedback to guide iterative improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data issues
Improve documentation
Manage change
Facilitate training to promote adoption and usability
Assist in documenting and redesigning business processes to align with long-term goals of building a robust data warehouse and analytics framework

Required

5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, or Support Analyst within BI or data enablement projects
Strong background in Power BI dashboard development, SQL querying, and data analysis
Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and change management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in technical writing and ability to facilitate training and go-live support

Preferred

Familiarity with data governance, ETL processes, and operational data stores
Exposure to healthcare or higher education environments and related systems
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA) and security best practices
