Data Analyst IV - People and Workforce Analytics

In this role, you will manage people data, create executive dashboards, support compensation initiatives, and collaborate with various departments to enhance data quality and reporting.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain headcount, capacity, and attrition models by role, function, and location
Perform scenario planning (hiring ramps, productivity, attrition, budget)
Translate models into hiring plans and quarterly forecasts aligned to business goals
Design and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI (headcount, hiring funnel, time-to-fill, retention, mobility, DE&I)
Standardize KPI definitions and automate data refresh
Deliver clear insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Improve data accuracy across HRIS/ATS and related systems
Define metric logic, validation processes, and documentation
Partner with IT/Data to improve data architecture and access
Partner with HR, TA, Finance, and business leaders to align assumptions and priorities
Support ad hoc analysis (org design, compensation, geo strategy, skills, capacity)
Provide support to administer annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus payouts
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking by completing and using salary survey data to support pay decisions
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related issues, including offers, promotions, and adjustments
Collaborate on ad-hoc compensation strategy projects as needed, such as pay transparency initiatives, incentive plan design, and global alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years in analytics, workforce planning, or people analytics
Strong Power BI or Tableau experience; solid SQL skills
Advanced Excel; experience working with HRIS/ATS data (e.g., UKG)
Ability to translate data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
Preferred
Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, or statistics
Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, or Python/R (nice to have)
Understanding of recruiting, compensation, workforce planning, and budgeting
