Senior LevelEquity Medical is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Internist to join their expanding business in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves providing Principal Investigator oversight for clinical trials, ensuring participant safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with study staff and sponsors.

Responsibilities
After any necessary training (if needed) is completed, serve as Principal Investigator for ongoing/future clinical trials
Oversee study conduct, participant safety, and regulatory compliance
Ensure protocol adherence, accurate reporting, and supervision of study staff
Collaborate with research coordinators, sponsors, and regulatory representatives
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research-related leadership activities
Qualification
Required
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (MD or DO; required)
Licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care (required)
Preferred
Prior exposure to clinical research (preferred)
