Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company objectives
Refine and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to ensure alignment across product, marketing, business development, sales, and customer success to drive market penetration and competitive differentiation
Own P&L for revenue-generating functions across geographies
Build and lead a high-performing sales organization (Account Executives, SDRs, Directors)
Integrate marketing, business development, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless transfers between teams through demand generation cycles as we land and expand
Collaborate with implementation teams for seamless onboarding and delivery
Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value through upsell, cross-sell, and retention programs
Establish scalable processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across marketing, business development, sales, and customer success
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability

Required

15-20+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within B2B enterprise software
Proven track record of growth in ARR
Strong understanding of Go-To-Market process that ties marketing, business development, sales operations, and customer success
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making
Educational background of MBA or an equivalent Masters Degree
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Travel availability domestically and internationally

Preferred

Domain Experience with PDM, PLM, ERP, Sustainment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning is a major plus
