Research Support Coordinator - CASE
The University of Canberra’s Centre for Advanced Studies in Education (CASE) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Support Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of grants and play a pivotal role in sustaining and growing the Centre’s research activity. The role involves helping academics identify and pursue competitive funding opportunities while managing grant applications and maintaining accurate records for awarded funding.

Responsibilities
Identify and map funding opportunities across grants, industry, and philanthropy
Build strong relationships with CASE academics and internal/external stakeholders
Support high-quality grant applications including preparation, editing, and submission
Manage administration and accurate record-keeping for awarded funding
Qualification
Required
Experience researching or managing grant and funding processes
High attention to detail and confidence working with budgets and administrative systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
