Responsibilities
Supporting and monitoring EDI document flows with external partners
Handling common EDI transaction sets such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices
Assisting with EDI mappings, partner setups, and testing activities
Investigating and resolving EDI-related issues to ensure smooth business operations
Collaborating with order processing, inventory, finance, and supply chain teams
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in EDI functional support
Strong hands-on exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Working knowledge of ANSI X12 / EDIFACT standards
Experience with EDI platforms like IBM Sterling, Gentran, or SPS Commerce
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and communicate effectively
