Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of Windchill ProjectLink and SUMA for supplier collaboration
Consult with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver PLM solutions aligned with strategic goals
Drive integration initiatives between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP)
Support additional PLM projects including MPMLink, process planning, and SAP S/4 migration
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions using Agile practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM business processes
Proven experience implementing ProjectLink for supplier collaboration
Strong understanding of Windchill technical components and business processes
Technical proficiency in Java (Windchill-focused), JavaScript, and SQL
Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Deep expertise in Windchill configuration: workflows, type/attribute management, access control, lifecycle definitions, templates, and replication strategies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design and implement PLM solutions
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, global stakeholders)
Ability to manage projects and collaborate across global teams in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience implementing Windchill SUMA for supplier management
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Exposure to PTC products (Creo, ThingWorx) and SAP S/4
