Channel Executive, In-Life

As a Channel Executive, In-Life, you will manage a portfolio of partners, driving subscription growth and increasing adoption through various strategic activities.

Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new client migrations, add-on sales, and expansion within existing Sage Intacct accounts
Partner Portfolio Management: Manage a defined portfolio of Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP) partners, serving as their strategic advisor and growth advocate
Value Selling: Position the Sage Intacct platform and SIAP program as essential to firms’ CAS growth, showcasing ROI, automation efficiency, and client scalability
Account Planning: Develop and execute detailed partner growth plans identifying migration, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities that align to measurable revenue outcomes
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate, proactive pipeline and revenue forecasting in Salesforce—including renewals, churn risks, and expansion metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to ensure a seamless partner and client experience while accelerating revenue
Enablement & Best Practices: Train and coach firms on pricing models, demo preparation, proposals, and CAS best practices that drive faster client acquisition and retention
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to exceed sales quotas, with a track record of achieving aggressive revenue and growth targets in SaaS, ERP, or accounting technology
5 + years' experience in mid-market software or channel sales, preferably in accounting or ERP solutions; Sage Intacct expertise strongly preferred
Deep understanding of accounting firm operations and Client Accounting Services (CAS) models, including outsourced accounting workflows and automation
Strong business development and strategic planning skills, with experience creating account plans and executing against measurable objectives
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, able to influence firm leaders, CFOs, and CAS practice owners
Must be collaborative and cooperative, able to engage internal resources across functional departments, articulate, and a team player, good conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent experience preferred)
