Project Manager (M/F/X)

Responsibilities
Ensure that the project is completed on time and within the budget
Ensure correct definition of the project (technical and budget) with Sales team, Worldwilde Subsidaries and/or Customer/Contractor
Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of a project design
Responsible for the coordination with all involved departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics, Financial) to ensure the project is completed on time (respecting the different milestones) and within the budget. This includes also to organise the FAT with the customer and/or their representative
Participate to the planning of the site-related projects activities and integration into the project planning
Ensuring site readiness prior delivery and installation
Coordination with the local supply chain lead in the region
Supervision/local assistance to the main contractor during the electrical and mechanical installation of our mtu Kinetic PowerPack systems; Responsible for maintaining the quality control procedures on site
Responsible for the execution and implementation of HSE (health and safety) compliance and local HSE regulations
Ensure site readiness prior to commissioning and closing all snag list after commissioning
Preparing reports, identifying technical issues and proposing solutions or risk mitigation
Ensure the correct invoicing and/or any relevant documents in appropriate timing, in respecting the terms and conditions of the contract
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree Electrical / Electromechanical or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience in a similar role with a Multinational Company
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Good multi-tasking and time management
Ready to face different challenges everyday
Customer and service oriented
Excellent communication skills at all levels, team working and autonomous skills
Open to travel
Languages: French and English
