Seneca Holdings, through its business subsidiary, owns the Rochester Knighthawks and is dedicated to community and economic self-sufficiency. They are seeking Gameday Assistants/Flight Crew to assist with game day production and support various event operations for the 2025-26 season.

Responsibilities

Assist with game day production, including setup, show scripting, promotions, and entertainment elements
Support in-arena operations (e.g., on-field contests, crowd engagement, mascot support)
Help run video board content, music cues, and sponsorship activations
Work with the marketing and social media teams to capture content and engage fans
Provide event support for community appearances, player signings, and youth lacrosse programs
Contribute ideas to enhance the fan experience and overall show atmosphere
Support general office and event logistics as needed

Required

College student pursuing a degree in sports management, communications, marketing, broadcasting, or related fields, or recent college graduate
Enthusiastic about sports, live events, and teamwork
Reliable, detail- and deadline-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
