Responsibilities
Month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
P&L variance analysis and management reporting
Consolidation-related support and corporate accounting adjustments
Fixed asset and lease accounting exposure
SOX/internal controls support
Process improvements + systems enhancement work
Cross-functional partnership with FP&A, IT, Treasury, and other groups
Involvement in special projects (including upcoming system implementation)
Qualification
Required
Degree in Accounting
~3-5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills; confident, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills; enjoys improving processes and working with large data sets
Preferred
CPA and/or graduate degree
