Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective airline and aviation training customers
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry research
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Sales Directors
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in Salesforce CRM
Support pipeline growth by consistently generating qualified sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and targeted account outreach
Track and report lead generation metrics and conversion performance
Support trade shows, industry events, and follow-up activities as required
Qualification
Required
English Speaker
Experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting prospect research
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales productivity tools
Ability to work full-time from the Spring, TX office
