Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partner
Gentell is one of the largest vertically integrated wound care companies in the world, and they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their HR team. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and overseeing HR functions to support the organization's workforce, while driving the people strategy.

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Providing HR advisory support to employees and managers on various HR policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Participating in other HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
5+ years of experience in Human Resources in generalist capacity
High proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Are you comfortable with being on-site 5 days a week?
Ability to Commute: Yardley, PA 19067 (Required)
Preferred
Experience in benefits administration as an asset
Certification in HR or related field is a plus
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
