Claims Customer Service Representative
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join their Loss Drafts Call Center in Daytona Beach. The role involves handling inbound calls regarding homeowner insurance claims, providing support to callers, and documenting interactions accurately.

Responsibilities
40–50 inbound calls daily about homeowner insurance claims
Navigate multiple systems to find answers fast
Calm frustrated callers with empathy and professionalism
Be the bridge between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor
Document everything with precision
Make outbound calls when needed to follow up and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)
Thick skin and a cool head under pressure
Typing speed of 35+ WPM and strong PC navigation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
A working cellphone (for dual authentication) and reliable transportation
Preferred
Insurance or mortgage experience
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare or auto claims
