Responsibilities

Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities

Lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices

Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment

Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready

Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients

Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:

+ Organizational change analytics and data visualization

+ Behavioral science practices

+ Agile change management methods and tools

+ Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms

Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency

Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships

Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consulting practitioner

Minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience

Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms Industry experience

Preferred

At least 5 years' experience working as a consultant on Software & Platforms Industry clients

At least 5 years' experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Change Management, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management

You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes

You're familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics
