Responsibilities
Managing inbound leads and outbound engagement with existing clients to increase the book of business
Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to create new strategies and approaches to upselling and cross-selling
Collaborating with Client Success to identify clients to engage with based on performance and usage data
Engaging with clients nearing the end of their subscription to drive renewals with add-on subscription purchases
Leveraging Salesforce to manage leads, work opportunities and analyze client behaviors and subscriptions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, with a focus on laboratory, life sciences, or healthcare sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Previous medical laboratory, healthcare industry or related experience
Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS)
