Responsibilities

Own and execute the global sales strategy for alliance‑led business development across our service offerings
Drive new customer acquisition and qualified pipeline growth via existing and newly established Alliance Partners
Develop and manage a structured alliance sales motion, from partner engagement through opportunity conversion and long‑term account development
Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships across key market segments
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Alliance Partners aligned with our strategic growth objectives
Establish and maintain senior‑level relationships within partner organisations, acting as the primary commercial interface
Lead complex, consultative sales engagements with pharmaceutical and biologics customers, primarily through partner‑led introductions
Drive successful business development of contract manufacturing and pharma services, with a focus on late‑stage clinical, commercial, and life‑cycle management opportunities
Coordinate internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, quality, program management) to deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals
Articulate our technical capabilities in Final Assembly and Secondary Packaging of combination products, including auto‑injectors, prefilled syringes, and vial‑based systems
Translate customer and partner requirements into commercially viable solutions
Support pricing, contract negotiations, and long‑term commercial agreements
Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to shape overall commercial strategy
Collaborate effectively with internal sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Contribute to the development of scalable alliance and partnership management frameworks and best practices

Required

10+ years of progressive sales and business development experience within the pharmaceutical, biologics, or drug delivery markets
Demonstrated success selling CDMO/pharma Services into the pharma and biologics industry
Deep familiarity with the US and global drug delivery device market, including combination products and injectables
Proven experience building, managing, and scaling alliance and Partnership programs as a primary sales channel
Track record of closing complex, high‑value, long‑cycle deals through relationship‑based selling
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams at customer and partner organisations
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
High commercial acumen, including deal structuring and negotiation
Comfortable operating at executive level with customers, partners, and internal leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
Results‑oriented with a disciplined approach to pipeline and opportunity management
