Responsibilities
Support the entire customer relationship, from lending to accounts, insurances, and beyond
Deliver seamless, simplistic solutions that exceed our customers' expectations
Thrive on building long-lasting relationships with our customers, strategic community groups, and local partnerships
Identify new lending opportunities and provide tailored advice and solutions to meet our customers' evolving needs
Utilise industry-leading technology to provide seamless, tailored solutions through our customers' preferred channels
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years' experience from within the financial services industry, with expert knowledge of AML and other related regulation is essential
An understanding of credit risk and residential lending principles
Strong existing connections and rapport in the local community or confidence to build this
Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, Level 5 (Lending strand) is desired
Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
