Birlasoft is seeking a Technical Lead for their Enterprise Applications team. The role involves leading Workday integration projects, managing data migrations, and providing guidance on system development lifecycle and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Experience in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services

Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT

Experience and solid understanding of Workday integration design, testing concepts and integration frameworks, data conversion concepts and business processes

Handled minimum one data migration/conversion from legacy to Workday Financials plus if Great Plains

Integration with other systems with Workday Financials and managing administration

Understanding of system development lifecycle, including production support

Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of consultants, developers, and analysts
