Responsibilities
Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications built on the ServiceNow Platform
Develop and maintain automated test scripts integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality releases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Relevant years of experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and automation testing
Proven experience testing applications built on the ServiceNow Platform
Selenium with Java hands on experience mandatory
Should be able to do automation analysis for Upgrade Testing and automate Manual tests
ATF+ServiceNow platform experience/knowledge is a plus
Primary scope is smoke testing, upgrade testing, manual testing and automation, and automation fixes of existing suites
