Operations & Client Services Manager
Legacy Home Solutions is a growing handyman and home remodeling company serving homeowners, realtors, and property managers across the West Valley. The Operations & Client Services Manager is responsible for coordinating customer communication, estimating, scheduling, and job coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and the operational bridge between the office and the field.

Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound phone calls from customers, vendors, and partners
Respond to customer emails and service requests promptly and professionally
Conduct initial job intake, scoping, and qualification
Provide clear communication, timelines, and expectations to customers
Prepare and send estimates and quotes for handyman and home remodeling projects
Follow up on estimates to drive conversion and scheduling
Maintain accurate job notes, pricing, and documentation in Jobber
Schedule and dispatch technicians and subcontractors efficiently
Coordinate calendars, availability, and job timelines
Adjust schedules proactively based on job progress, delays, or emergencies
Ensure technicians have clear job details before arrival
Track job status from intake through completion
Coordinate handoffs between office, technicians, and subcontractors
Ensure completed jobs are properly closed out for billing
Support invoicing and payment workflows
Utilize Jobber as the primary operating system for scheduling, communication, and job tracking
Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and workflows
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support the ongoing modernization of systems and procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in home services, construction, handyman, property maintenance, or trades operations preferred
Experience with Jobber or similar field service management software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities without constant supervision
Clear, professional phone and written communication
Confident working with technicians, subcontractors, and homeowners
Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
