Responsibilities
Engage in client meetings and gather requirements
Design, create, test, and maintain data management and processing systems
Implement best practices for Spark to optimize data processing
Conduct research and development to explore technical feasibility of tools and features
Provide technical development support during pre-production and production phases
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
Proficiency in Hadoop, Spark, Scala, and Hive
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform migration
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Preferred
Experience with technical system design and documentation
Familiarity with Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) and Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS)
Ability to mentor and guide team members
