They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their finance team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
General Accounting for Babynov USA and its commercial entity Global Baby USA
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policies
Month end review of all balance sheet accounts with full General Ledger Account Reconciliations
Assists with payroll and social charges calculation, declarations and payment
Audit Management
Coordinate internal and external audits
Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation
Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve processes
Subsidiary / Auxiliary Accounting
Supervise accounts payable and receivable activities
Manage the AP/ AR accountant (1 FTE)
Monitor and reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions
Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory requirements
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
3–5 years of experience in general accounting and audit coordination
Solid understanding of accounting concepts
Experience with ERP systems(required) – Dynamics 365 preferred
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of multi-departmental teams
Self-directed, excellent initiative and organizational skills, drive and energy
Strong written and verbal skills, ability to work with foreign teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring completion
Process improvement skills
Strong work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Plant Manufacturing experience will be appreciated
