Barrow Interiors is a Charleston based boutique interior design firm focused on high-end residential projects. They are seeking a Senior Designer to lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellent communication and client relationship building throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Develop material palettes, FF&E selections, and design presentation materials for both selections and whole house furnishings design

Prepare detailed, professional drawing sets in AutoCAD for construction and furniture fabrication

Coordinate with fabricators, millworkers, trades, artists and contractors

Manage day-to-day communication with clients, contractors, and vendors

Lead site visits and design reviews onsite

Track project schedules, budgets, and action items in design software (Studio Designer)

Prepare for and attend all client presentations with team

Source and specify FF&E, finishes, fixtures, and custom items

Obtain pricing, manage quotes, and coordinate with receivers and installers

Support installation and styling of completed spaces
