Responsibilities

Own NVIDIA’s business narrative for the Energy industry, focusing on Power & Utilities while integrating adjacent narratives for Renewables and Oil & Gas
Evangelize NVIDIA-enabled transformation stories — from AI-driven grid resilience and digital twins to autonomous operations and emissions reduction
Translate emerging industry trends (e.g., grid decarbonization, DER integration, AI for energy transition) into clear NVIDIA solution opportunities and use-case roadmaps
Represent NVIDIA in executive engagements, thought leadership forums, and strategic ecosystem initiatives within the energy sector
Define and communicate the solution vision, value proposition, and differentiation of NVIDIA-powered offerings in Power & Utilities, expanding to Renewables and Oil & Gas
Develop strategic solution roadmaps that align industry priorities (e.g., reliability, flexibility, decarbonization) with NVIDIA’s technology stack (Omniverse, AI, Simulation, Digital Twins, Edge Computing)
Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and opportunity analysis to prioritize investment areas across the energy value chain
Identify high-impact use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, digital grid twins, energy forecasting, workforce safety analytics) that deliver measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with Enterprise Solution Architects to ensure alignment between industry vision and technical implementation
Develop compelling business cases that quantify ROI, KPIs, and strategic impact of proposed solutions
Translate technical solution concepts into business language for senior business stakeholders
Partner with customers to co-develop pilot programs, proofs of value, and scaling strategies
Gather market intelligence and customer insights to shape NVIDIA’s solution strategy and ensure relevance to industry challenges
Shape go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and marketing, aligning solution messaging with customer pain points and industry opportunities
Lead executive-level discussions to position NVIDIA as a strategic enabler of next-generation energy infrastructure
Facilitate executive briefings and co-innovation sessions to validate solution direction and gain adoption
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA-enabled industry solutions
Work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to align business requirements with solution capabilities
Act as the “voice of the customer” in solution design discussions
Mentor sales and technical teams on business context, value articulation, and industry-specific messaging
Contribute to internal enablement by developing reusable assets (ROI models, executive decks)

Required

Strong expertise in solution visioning, business case development, and roadmapping
Deep industry knowledge of Power & Utilities processes and digital transformation imperatives
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem (Omniverse, Metropolis, Enterprise AI, etc.) and how it drives business outcomes
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, co-creation, and executive briefings
Ability to translate technical solution components into business impact language
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving GTM initiatives and customer adoption
Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree in Energy Management, Strategy, or related discipline strongly preferred
Certifications - Product management industry certification or business strategy credentials desirable
Ability to travel 30% of the time

Preferred

10+ years of experience in product management, solution delivery, or strategy roles within Power & Utilities, Energy, or Industrial sectors
Proven record of success delivering AI/ML, digital twins, computer vision, simulation, and optimization solutions
Excellent sense and intuition in the following tech domains: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Digital Twins
Deep understanding of energy value streams, including generation, transmission, distribution, and grid operations, with working knowledge of Renewables and Oil & Gas domains
Strong knowledge of industry KPIs, challenges, and transformation opportunities
Experience defining GTM strategies, solution roadmaps, and business cases for enterprise technology solutions
Ability to craft and deliver compelling business narratives to senior executives, finding the ways how to bring clarity and explain underlying technologies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support ROI and impact quantification
Experience working with or within utilities, EPCs, OEMs, or regulatory agencies is highly desirable
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
Experience working in partnership with solution architects, sales, marketing, and ecosystem partners
