They are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant who can also capture and edit photo/video content, providing day-to-day support while executing content creation. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and delivering high-quality media for social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, reminders, and weekly planning support
Assist with organizing tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
Help coordinate logistics for shoots, games, meetings, and errands
Keep files and deliverables organized (Google Drive, folders, naming, backups)
Support communication and coordination as needed (texts/emails, confirmations, etc.)
Capture photo and video content at games/events and occasional behind-the-scenes moments
Deliver game day content package consistently and on time
Do basic photo editing (color correction, cropping) and basic video editing (clean trims, simple pacing)
Export content in the correct format for social media (primarily vertical)
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Experience with Communication, Diary Management, and Organizational Tasks
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including scheduling and documentation
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Familiarity with photography and video production is a plus
Knowledge of sports media or athlete branding is advantageous
Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment between in-person and remote tasks
A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
