Head of Paid Media
Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
Independently design, build, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end, including ads, landing pages, and supporting assets
Use modern AI-powered tools to accelerate testing, creative iteration, and performance optimization
Manage budgets, forecasting, and spend allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Run structured experimentation across audiences, messaging, offers, and funnels
Ensure paid efforts align with broader marketing and growth strategy
Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all paid channels
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing experience
Proven experience owning paid acquisition for a SaaS business
Hands-on expertise across paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
Demonstrated ability to independently manage paid acquisition end-to-end (strategy, execution, landing pages, optimization)
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
Solid analytical skills, including metrics tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance against revenue targets
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience marketing to the US healthcare market
Familiarity with compliance-driven messaging (HIPAA, healthcare workflows)
