Responsibilities
Prepare offer documents and employment agreements
Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
