Project Coordinator (Volunteer)
The Brickers Foundation is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to join our team in a volunteer capacity. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about non-profit work, leadership, and community engagement to contribute meaningfully to our initiatives.
Civic & Social Organization
Responsibilities
Monitor and track project timelines, key dates, and milestones to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
Report project statuses to interested stakeholders
Update project schedules based on new or adjusted tasks
Serve as a liaison among internal teams and team leads to ensure consistent communication and progress
Maintain detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes
Identify potential delays or issues and communicate updates or solutions proactively
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to track multiple project timelines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and partners
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms)
High attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a non-profit, volunteer, or community development setting is a plus
Passion for social impact and community development aligned with the Brickers Foundation's mission
