Sr Manager | Digital Change Management

Responsibilities
Lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of enterprise technology and operations
Design, launch, and drive a Center of Excellence (CoE) for change management
Embed best practices and improve capabilities for successful adoption of cutting-edge technologies
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in digital transformational change management, ideally within technology or manufacturing sectors
Proven ability to design, implement, and lead a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE)
Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to tackling messy, complex processes and turning them into efficient workflows
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels, including working directly with executive leadership (ELT)
Ability to develop frameworks, tools, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success and impact of change initiatives
Experience working within global, matrixed organizations on large-scale transformation projects
Grit, resilience, and a pushy (but positive) attitude to drive change and overcome resistance
Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio, 4-5 days per week
Gritty, strategic mindset with a tireless approach to driving impactful change
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
8+ years of experience leading large-scale, global change initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
Past experience managing or developing a Change Management CoE and working closely with IT or Digital teams
Preferred
Manufacturing or Operations experience (not mandatory but helpful)
Experience in crafting change management tools, templates, and best practices for enterprise-wide use
Familiarity with portfolio management and value realization processes
Knowledge of communication strategies related to organizational transformation
Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, or similar are a plus
