Responsibilities

Support the design and development of a small-scale engineering system used for research and development activities

Work hands-on to translate engineering concepts into physical components or assemblies

Create and update design drawings and models using CAD software

Assist with fabrication and assembly of system components using a mix of custom and commercially available parts

Support development and testing of control strategies or system logic

Contribute to testing, iteration, and refinement of system designs

Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to document designs, processes, and learnings

Assist with basic data analysis or modeling related to system performance, as applicable
