Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, payment processors, and wallet solutions across the globe
Negotiate and close commercial agreements that drive growth, adoption, and revenue
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, product, and finance) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities in the crypto and stablecoin payment landscape
Develop go-to-market strategies for integrating new payment options into Xsolla’s platform
Educate and support Xsolla’s game developer and publisher partners in adopting crypto and stablecoin solutions
Represent Xsolla at industry events, conferences, and panels

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of business development or partnerships experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, or blockchain-based payment platforms
Strong understanding of stablecoins, digital wallets, on/off-ramps, and regulatory landscapes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
