Responsibilities

Interns will research and write on a variety of policy and regulatory issues related to technology, media, and telecom (TMT)
Candidates can expect to conduct legal research, prepare briefing memos, talking points, comment summaries, and other written material, and may have opportunities to attend meetings and other events outside of the office
Interns will work with management to determine the impact of federal regulatory actions on the organization
Develop presentations and other written materials on findings
Act as an internal consultant to the government affairs teams
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Applicants must be enrolled as a 2L, 3L, or 4L student pursuing a J.D. from a US-based college or university
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
Strong research and writing skills required

Applicants should be highly motivated self-starters, well-organized, and detail-orientated
Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines
Ability to make decisions relying upon sound judgment
Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in technology, media and telecom (TMT) law and policy
