Responsibilities
Own approximately 50-60% of lead generation efforts, including market research, campaign design, and account prospecting
Run automated, highly personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling)
Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support broader marketing efforts
Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward
Work closely with leadership and Account Executives to fuel the sales engine
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with semi-technical tools
Ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making
Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
Preferred
Approximately 6-12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred but flexible)
