Human Resources Coordinator - Part-Time
Duraco Specialty Materials is a leader in specialty tapes and custom release liner solutions. As a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential support for onboarding, event planning, and managing HR records to ensure a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Help plan and execute meetings, company-wide events, and celebrations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist with billing reconciliation related to HR services, benefits, or vendors
Coordinate recruitment activities—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Support HR programs and initiatives, including benefits administration
Order and manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Submit employee wage garnishments in accordance with legal requirements
Conduct team member training as needed
Provide general administrative support to executive leadership as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
High school diploma or GED
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Tech-savvy with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Preferred
A degree in HR or Business
