Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance professionals
Understanding and promoting various insurance products
Achieving sales targets

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client support

Maintaining accurate sales records
Staying updated on industry trends and products
Qualification
Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in developing client relationships and meeting sales targets
Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning principles, and quoting systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering effective consultations and product information
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office tools; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in insurance sales or the financial sector is an advantage
