Responsibilities
Processing basic motor vehicle and driver licensing applications from the general public over the counter in a face-to-face environment
Examine and distribute driver licenses and registration credentials to customers after verifying identity at the counter designated pick-up window
Examining and processing bureau forms to ensure proper issuance of replacement or corrections to motor vehicle and driver license credentials using a personal computer
Duplicate titles, registration plates, cards, and placards for persons with disabilities
Driver’s license and motor vehicle registration renewals and non-driver identification renewals or replacements
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Graduation from high school
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
This position requires the selected candidate to undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment
