The Program Manager is responsible for managing service delivery and team operations, ensuring recovery-focused and person-centered care, while supervising staff and implementing strategies for program development.

Responsibilities

Managing services delivery and team operations

Ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective

Supervision of staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units

Identifying and implementing strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals

Engaging staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources

Oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carrying an individual case load

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols

Providing bilingual communication services and completing a language competency test

Qualification

Required

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field

Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
