Outbound Sales Development Representative
Offshore Easy is a company that helps scale tech teams at a lower cost by providing software developers from the Philippines. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers and educating them on the value of hiring offshore team members while collaborating with the internal team.

Identify companies looking to immediately expand their tech teams that could gain value by working with Offshore Easy
Educate prospected companies on the process and value of hiring offshore team members
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in a CRM tool
Hit daily KPIs across across phone & social touch points
Provide feedback to help further refine sales processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales or a related field
Ability to proactively engage new clients through phone & social
High sense of urgency coupled with an ability to adapt and pivot in every conversation
Strong communication skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of Offshore Easy
A team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks
A desire to learn, grow, and succeed in sales
Preferred
SaaS or B2B experience
Sales experience for recruiting firms
Understanding of software development terms
Experience with platforms like Apollo, Zoho, or Hubspot
